$2=0,4e^{b\cdot 4,6}-2$

$e^{4,6b}=\frac{4}{0,4}(=10)$

$b=\frac{\ln 10}{4,6}\approx 0,5$

also:

$E(x)=0,4e^{0,5x}-2$
